Functional FAQ

  • What Business Central versions are supported? Optimize365 works with all versions of Business Central and NAV 2018.
  • Does Optimize365 store any sensitive information? ie. Documents, PDFs No, Optimize365 uses the system data that is already available, ensuring that it is GDPR compliant to existing system settings.
  • I already have an Inventory Optimization system. Can I migrate my data over to Optimize365? Yes, this is possible. Business Central caters to some data import routines or alternatively we can help you do this as part of our implementation service.
  • Is GDPR a consideration? No, no sensitive information is stored within the Optimize365 system.
  • Technical FAQ

    • What devices are supported? All the same devices that standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central work with - Web, Tablet and Phone.
    • How long does it take to install and implement? Typically a day or two. Optimize365 comes with a Setup wizard out of the box. We also offer an implementation service to set this up for you.
    • Can Optimize365 be uninstalled? Yes, it is a simple process of navigating to "Extensions" and pressing the "Uninstall" option. This way you can easily decouple the Optimize365 system from standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system.
    • How are upgrades handled? Upgrades are released in line with standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updates. It would just be a case of installing the latest version of the application and letting the application install process do it's thing. This should only take a matter of minutes to perform.
